Just that really. Is there anything - supplements, exercise, meditation, something else - that you've found has helped reduce menopausal brain fog?

@gellico Unless you are unable to use HRT, it's the best thing for menopause.

This podcast gives some insight into the brain and how estrogen helps.

Thanks @JinglingHellsBells. My main worry is that both my parents had strokes. I haven't discussed it with my GP as I'd assumed hrt wasn't an option for me, but I rang the GP yesterday to make an appointment as it's really bothering me, so I'll watch the video and read up a bit on hrt so that I've got an idea of what to discuss with the GP.

Your parents medical history is not really relevant because HRT does not increase stroke risk. The older types (especially the tablet type) did increase the risk slightly (bit still nowhere as high as the Pill) and the newer types of HRT using patches or gel do not increase risks at all. (This is all online by the way where you can find the info.)
There are loads of good videos and podcasts on that website.
Good luck .

Thanks Jingling - I've been looking through the website you mentioned and listened to some of the podcasts. Seeing my GP tomorrow and feel much better informed now.
