When to start hrt

Hi so I've picked up my much awaited script for hrt, I've been given patches, evorel sequi and evorel conti to be rotated on a two weekly basis, it says to start immediately if periods are irregular and to wait until day 5 of cycle if still regular. My periods still show up, erratically, for example the last 3 were 33, 57 and then 30 days apart... Am I regular or irregular? Tbh I'm impatient to start them to see if they help as I feel like crap. Next period could feasibly be some weeks away. Any advice?

I've slapped it on whatever. I finished a period about 10 days ago. Meh.

Sounds like you may as well commence since not regular. Is prescription to wear patches every day or just in parts of your cycle?

Every day, no break. I've decided after a Google that I'm not counted as regular so followed that advice. Fingers crossed! Thanks for replying.

I just started straightaway with mine when I got the too... took a couple of weeks to kick in. It's been fabulous since! No hot flushes, more sleep and no migraines. Hope your symptoms disappear soon too.
