Mid cycle bless on Utrogestan

I've been prescribed Oestrodose (oestrogel) (2 pumps a day) and Utrogestan 200mg . Have been on regime since beginning of the year with no issues but this cycle ive started to bleed whilst on 4 days in to taking the progesterone.... why would this happen?
It only started tonight so unsure if it will continue but I do have some slight period cramps.

Have you looked on menopause matters? I think it did see some women on there have mentioned having break through bleeds but best to have a look yourself as I’ve only been on hrt for 2 weeks so no nothing!

All this is such a worry though isn’t it? I felt really sick with stomach pains when I started but it is settling down now though.

I have been on same regime as for 2 years I’m 51 sometimes I get no bleed and this month it’s been pretty much constant - 3 bleeds in the month but no pain - annoying though - was going to ask gp when I next have prescriptions review
