Just ordered a course of 30 Ashwagandha capsules from Holland & Barrett but never thought to ask if they’re ok to take if you’re on HRT. Can’t seem to find anything definitive online either. Does anyone know? I use Everol patches

I take them with HRT and also take 5HTP think they help me sleep and lift mood !

I use them with the Everol 50 patches with no problems.

Just be careful if you are planning on taking them during the day, the last ones I used had me high as a kite. My reflexes were slow, my spatial awareness was off etc., I really wasn't safe to drive. The ones I used before them didn't affect me like that. I started to take them in the evening instead so the effects had wore off by the morning.

I'm taking them and am on hrt ( Femostan conti. ) I have noticed no difference at all (unfortunately! )

Hi all, my wife is on amitriptyline daily, for her jaw, but is thinking of taking ashwagandha as well. Does anybody know if there are any interactions please.

I take amitriptyline for migraines as well as ashwagandha. Ashwaganda hasn't made the slightest difference at all.
