Oh my God yes. It's currently on. In a minute it'll be off. Again. 🤬

StillDumDeDumming · 28/02/2021 06:07

I have bottom half on top half off. It's not working. I thought I'd finished with this!

HeatherShimmerIsMyShade · 28/02/2021 11:37

I feel you, ladies. Legs out, arms in.... Toss, turn... Push away husband who thinks it's a cue to snuggle up... Ugh.

Shewhoisnotseen · 28/02/2021 17:24

Freezing... Boiling... Freezing..... Boiling

I hear you! Having a very light-weight silk duvet has helped a bit.

Mrsrightagain · 28/02/2021 17:30

Why suffer like this? HRT is a lifesaver.

I'm 4 years post menopause and still get this. It drives me mad.

chipsandgin · 28/02/2021 22:19

Oh yes. Looking into HRT when I can get my shit together to do so (so probably after March 8th..)

ErrolTheDragon · 28/02/2021 22:32

Sheet, blanket, light quilt (or 2 thin quilts). You need layers you can throw off or pull back on easily.

TroysMammy · 28/02/2021 22:38

For me a good night sleep is when the duvet is still tucked in at the bottom of the bed in the morning.

I have restless legs and at 53 still on the pill. Even though I don't have periods I find at the end of a strip and the beginning of the next one my restless legs ramp up. They are not as bad as the month goes on.
