I'm 39. Hot when everyone else is chilly. I used to be the person who was always cold! I seem to go bright red if anyone asks me a simple question. Also on my breasts I have tiny red blood spots appear and disappear.

My doc says I'm too young for the menopause and told me not to worry about the spots. I asked for bloods to be done but got told to phone back in a few month if it was still a problem.

Am I worrying over nothing? Does anyone have any experience of this? It's really affecting my day to day life.

I’m 35 and from the age of 33 I’ve an increased body temperature at certain times of the month. Not a hot flush, just a very hot head, chest and neck that lasts about 5 days every month. I went to doc about it and she said not to worry. I conceived straight away last year, aged 34 and it went away for 11 months and came back recently at about 8 weeks postpartum.
