I have suffered with RLS for a few years now ... 3 weeks ago I started on Everol Conti HRT patches for insomnia night sweats and palpitations ... since then my legs have been horrendous aching and me needing to move them constantly especially when I go to bed ... can the HRT be the cause or is it coincidence ... I'm really suffering 😩

I had both insomnia & restless legs before starting with Evorel patches but they reduced massively when I started using this after my nightly shower.

I've actually been using this lotion for the last week ... so far sadly I see no difference but thanks for the recommendation x

I found compression stockings during the day very helpful, plus regular stretching (Google Dr Jo and RLS), a foot soak at night to reduce the pain and sometimes I use an electric foot massager. I had a lot of pain.
