Hi, I started Evorol 50 patches 3 wks ago. Since starting them I am noticing that my stomach feels like it's in bits. Has anyone else had this with patches? Should I persevere? Will my body adjust and I won't feel sick? Thank you in advance🤗

I use them. I haven’t had any problems at all. Are you sure it’s the patches and not something else? Change in diet?

Additionally, there’s a whole raft of menopausal issues that could impact you. I had tummy issues before starting HRT that I addressed before having the patches. For example, red meat causes me problems and too much dairy.

A food diary is a useful tool to find out what may upset your digestion.

I've used them for years with no problems.

You're not putting them ON your tummy are you? You're supposed to put them below your belly button, as close to your pubic are as possible, but preferably on bum or thigh area.

Thanks. No, I only have had this issue since starting them. Having mild IBS symptoms too. Really pleased with how the patches have made me feel like my old self again. Just disappointed that I am having this side effect from them.

I am putting them on either bum or thigh 🤷🏼‍♀️. Just wondered has anyone else had this side effect and will it pass?

When your oestrogen levels begin to decline, your metabolism does too. When you reintroduce it, your metabolism shifts into gear again and perhaps you find that you are experiencing the results of that!

Justilou1 I never knew that, thanks.
Thank you everyone for all your help
