Peri menopause = dull orgasms ?

Anyone else ? I’ve been put in the mirena for my previously flooding periods .( 47 ) I now spot everyday instead .
Trying to work out if my dull orgasms are the result of peri menopause or the coil .

Place marking, my orgasms also are heading towards dull. Mirena Coil too and last year more breakthrough bleeding, never had this before (got Coil also because of heavy periods)

Had Mirena as contraceptive a few years ago, never affected orgasms, but have had a few weeks where they have been duller lately (49). Seems to be some improvement after a sharp dip, hope they recover further and just a blip as I will not be happy.

Miner are duller too. I don't use any hormonal contraception anymore. I'm 47. I think it's just perimenopause.
