My PMT is getting worse. I feel fine but others in the house would say I’m mental !
I’m on EPO already, don’t want to go down the HRT route, any suggestions ?

I used to get awful PMT, so bad that I had to see a Consultant over it. Apparently there can be a link between PMT and low calcium so it might be worth taking a Vit D and Calcium Supplement.

I find that 10 minutes a day of guided meditation and doing some short exercise every other day really helps me too, although it can be the last thing I feel like doing.

HRT.
I had horrendous pmt, 14 days a month. Now I'm on hrt it has reduced significantly. This is during lockdown with 3 young children. It has been a life saver.

I feel I should join this thread. My pmt has got much worse in the last year. I’m 43. I am a very calm person normally and now I get uncontrollable rage. Exercise is definitely helpful. I’ve also taken the view that the things I get in a rage about are real and although shouting isn’t helpful I do need to make sure I’m not storing up small resentments in the ‘good’ part of the month. Interested to hear what helps others
