I'm 50 and take anti depressants for anxiety/depression which is meant to help with PMT but has never made much difference that I can see. I've been on HRT -utrogestan and the gel since last summer (to help with low mood primarily but also hot flushes).
But still, once a month I get very very over-wrought, stressed, angry and generally horrendous - just before my bleeding starts (that still happens once a month).
Is this still PMT? I assumed I wouldn't get it once I was on the HRT. Is it possible to still get it? Google hasn't been much help.
