Pilates for me - once/twice a week - keeps me flexible and largely pain free from a bad back. Would like to do more exercise but COVID and working all hours not helping

I do tailored physio movements (I don't think they're really exercises!) which were initially to help with arthritis but are good for bone and muscle strength and health generally, especially back and knees.

Weight lifting. And general bodyweight strength exercises.

Pilates and Kettlebells, general fitness (I use a personal trainer), swimming in the summer. You really want a mix: pilates and/or yoga for core strength and suppleness, weight lifting for bones and muscles, cardio for your heart.

walk at home with LS, indoor fitness walking. i aim for 3-5 miles per day.
i often walk outdoors (but it's winter and we have snow here).
swimming weekly in the past (pre covid). daily biking again seasonal weather permitting.

^^ this. Gym instructor told me it’s the best as you get older. Keeps you strong. Pilates, swimming and yoga are also very good.
