What else should I do?

I'm 49. Not had a period in 6 months.

I have the sweats and my joints and hands have started getting really stiff.

I'm taking Sage, vitamin D, I've cut out sugar and wheat (apart from when I drink alcohol once a week) basically I am on the Keto diet.

Whilst I do feel better (ish) the sleep deprivation and stiffness is really getting to me.

Are there any additional vitamins or supplements you are taking that really work for you?

I've found exerciaecis the only way to help my joints. One of my hips in particular is murder if I don't keep active.

@JiltedJohnsJulie thanks I'm a swimmer so I would usually be going 3/4 times a week but not possible at the moment.

Do you take any supplements? I've added
Magnesium in but not sure it's made any difference

Omega 3s/glucosamine for stiff hands in the morning. Made a big difference to me. Took about 3-4 weeks to kick in. I use this one.

What else should I do?
