I’m 54 and currently not taking HRT , realistically how long would you stay on HRT
Estrogen is such an important hormone protecting our hearts , bones & brain
My aunt is 84 and has been on HRT since her 40’s she is so fit and healthy , she’s sprightly & does everything in her home herself you wouldn’t think she was 84 . A few months ago she was pushed over quite severely by a drunk on the st & was admitted to hospital she feels that if she hadn’t been on hrt she would have broken bones she feels that if it wasn’t for hrt she’d be an old lady lol
The Dr does keep advising her to come off it but she’s not having it , as it keeps her young .

I'd love to try it to see if I felt any different but I've never had any long-term menopause symptoms (other than a few night sweats which have now stopped) to justify asking for it.
