Utrogestan timing

For those that take 200mg of Utrogestan....

My prescription says 200mg on days 14 - 28 of cycle BUT

Leaflet says 200mg on from day 15 to 26

Which do I follow?

IME of reading posts here, it seems that GPs mimic the progesterone days of other HRT regimes when they prescribe Utrogestan (which is 14 days per month.)

The leaflet is the one to go by.

12 days per month is enough. It's also not critical if you move it a day or two forwards or back to avoid a period when you don't want one.

Some of us take less with medical supervision.
