Shampoos with caffeine in can work but maybe you could book in with a trichologist if you can afford it, who will look at your hair and also your nutrition via blood tests?

L'Oreal Fibrology shampoo and conditioner are good for making the hair look a tad thicker, though obviously that's just cosmetic and doesn't address the underlying cause of thinning hair. I'm in the same boat and it's terribly depressing. Hope you find something that helps!

Hi, I am watching QVC and it has just had some thinning hair products on it which the model seems to have good results from (but she is probably being paid and biased!) No reviews on website but you might find them elsewhere? The model was menopause age.
