No bleed this month on Utrogestan?

On Oestrogel (2-3 pumps per day) and Utrogestan take on 15 day each month for last 3 years. Usual bleed on 30th of each month, light cycle 3 days.
Last 3 months no bleed until 4-5th of month, this month no bleed so far now on 11th
No other symptoms apart from a few flushes last few days and low mood, sleep disturbed most nights over last month
Anyone else experienced same?

No the same but my periods have wandered around in dates and length and I'm on exactly the same HRT as you.

Hi just wondering if you have found a solution to this? I'm experiencing the same thing this month. Would an increase in oestrogel work? I've had no other peri symptoms, just waking early for the past week.

Last 2 months bleed around 12th, sleep has now returned to waking at 4 each morning so back to pre HRT .. it’s debilitating tbh

Have you tried changing anything? I thought it might be a need for more oestrogel but none of the peri symptoms like hot flushes have come back, just the sleep so I don't know what to do. Have you contacted your GP?
