Which books can you recommend? I've just read one my sister recommended me, but it's by a German author and therefore written from the perspective of the German health system (which I am so jealous about).
What's out there you found useful/helpful, and which ones to avoid?

Your Change, Your Choice by an eminent UK gynae.

Avoid any written by celebrities trying to get in on the act just when they have reached menopause. Often they are ghost written (I'm in the trade)and not necessarily accurate.

I will sing praises of:
"Menopause: Your Management, Your Way Now and for the Rest of Your Life" by Dr Barbara Taylor (ob/gyne).

She has a YouTube channel as well where she explains EVERYTHING about menopause in great detail. (Look for "Menopause Taylor")

I recommend Dr Louse Newson's book.

Yes,I have Dr Newson's book too (although Dr Taylor goes into much better detail).

Another very very good book is Estrogen Matters by Dr Avrum Bluming and Dr Carol Tavris.

(I have quite the menopause library! LOL!)
