Thought it would be good to list a few online resources. I tend to spend a lot of time sharing advice here and am going to step back a bit due to other demands on my time.)

The book Your Change Your Choice - written by a menopause specialist gynae- excellent mix of medical and down to earth self-help. He's also written Fit for Fertility if you are TTC.

The website www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/ ( (use the search box and also read the tab Medical Information to see research papers and comments.)

Liz Earle Wellbeing website- lots of podcasts on menopause including one with Nick Panay (another top meno dr.)

The Daisy Network - charity/ forum/info source run by gynae consultants for women with early menopause.

The website of the British Menopause Society - list of specialists across the UK and their own 'consensus statements' on meno guidelines. They also list all their meno training courses and the annual conference (open to medical people mainly.)

Your advice is incredibly invaluable @JinglingHellsBells - and you do dedicate a lot of time on this forum.

May I also add some other great resources to your list:

  • "Menopause: Your Management, Your Way Now and for the Rest of Your Life" by Dr Barbara Taylor (ob/gyne)
**NOTE: She also does on-line consults. ** NOTE: She also has an EXCELLENT YouTube channel.
  • Podcasts and YouTube channels:
- Dr Louise Newson - Dr Heather Hirsch

If I may say so on behalf of everyone on this forum, thank YOU SO MUCH @JinglingHellsBells for your dedication and compassion in helping so many women with your knowledgeable advice.

Thank you, that's really kind. :) I will drop by now and then of course, but I'm busy with a project and need to give time to it rather than forums :)

Thank you, as always, JHB for your invaluable advice.

Thanks, Jingling.

Louise N also has the Balance app, if people prefer their information delivered that way. And she's on instagram as menopause_doctor.

Yes good point @oneglassandpuzzled! I have it downloaded and there's lots of really good info on there too.
