No bleed on Femoston 2/10

Hi I'm one tablet away from finishing my first pack and have had a period. When does the bleed happen? The Instructions say there's no break between packs. Should I be concerned if I've not had one or give it a month or two more to settle? Thanks

I'm on the same HRT. From my first pack-

Take 14 white pills -no bleed. 14 grey pills -no bleed.
Then the next 14 white pills -I bleed on day 3-7 so pills 3-7 of the white ones. Then stop. And so on.

It will setlle but the above is what happens for me every month I've been on it 4 years now.

I'm sorry I meant haven't had a period !

Hi! I am on the same hrt and have no bleed sometimes. My gyn said that it is not a problem and to continue as usual.
