I've started getting hot flushes, initially at about 5am but now moving into the day.
I haven't had a period for nearly 2 years since having a mirena inserted after endometrial ablation surgery (novasure).
Should I get a blood test to find out whether it is menopause?
Also, how will having the mirena in for another 3 years affect me?
