Vaginal Itching suddenly though constant oestrogel

I am on four pumps of oestrogel and utrogestan every two months for twelve days (I am progesterone intolerant). I have had sudden vaginal irritation in the last couple of days and become murderous. Any clues as to what might be going on? It feels incredibly hormonal. Thanks.

why are you automatically assuming it's Oestrogel? maybe it's thrush caused by clothing, diet, shower products etc.

Have you been told to use 4pumps and have you used less ever?
