Boobs sore and massive

I'm 44 and think I'm in Perimenopause. For the last couple of years I've suffered from tender boobs and they are just...massive. I've had to go up a dress size to allow for them. They are driving me mad. Does anybody else have this problem?

I go up a cup size the week or so before my period and my breasts are super tender. It's the first sign for me that I'm premenstrual. Some people find evening primrose oil and magnesium help. I think they've helped me a bit.

Yes. I’m 45 and my boobs have got bigger. It’s really annoying, I was already a 32e but think I probably need an F. I have a friend who is 48, very slim and she had her boobs reduced in her 20’s. She says she has also found she has gone up a cup size in peri menopause.
Last month my boobs went lumpy enough that I saw the GP, who was brilliant but confirmed it was glandular. I don’t know what the answer is. I am trying not to put on weight as obviously that will not help, but otherwise I guess it’s hormonal changes. So I’m just hoping that it doesn’t get worse. Can’t help but you are definitely not alone!

I feel your pain mine have been that sore I’ve told gps I want them off, anything hormonal sets mine off, until it’s settled into my body.
