Peri symptoms returning....I assume I need stronger HRT?

I've been on evorel sequi patches for a few years, been a life changer for me. The last 6 months tho I have stopped getting periods despite the sequi and have started getting the old mood swings, flashes and bloating etc that I used to get. I know that evorel (conti or sequi) are medium dosage so it seems likely I need a stronger dose. However there doesn't seem to be a higher dose patch available. I do need to be on patches for health reasons, so Im unsure of how to proceed? I need to know exactly what I want before going to the GP!! Thanks for any advice

There is no higher combined sequi patch patch but you could use gel (transdermal) and Utrogestan / or Mirena OR you can use an estrogen-only patch and Utrogestan/ Mirena. OR you could add gel to the patch you have and use both.
