My second blister on Femoston and feeling worse

Dear All
Mumsnet is to me the place to go when I have health issues as some of you know far more than doctors and have been very helpful, so thank you so much for being there.
First of all, English is not my native language, hence I will make some mistakes :(
I am 48, I am experiencing for 2 years and a half all: anxiety, depression, I sleep around 4 hours, tiredness etc. By then, the doctor prescibed me AD's, the side effects were so horrendous that I had to stop them after a month. After that I was prescribed Norethisterone ( Noriday) I managed ok but lately my anxiety was rocketing. I always told the doctor I wanted HRT but as I have the period every month, she didn't want to give it to me. I had to insist and on September the prescribed Kliovance, I didn't get on with it, feeling anxious and dizzy constantly. As I keep a diary of how I feel, I believe that the norethisterone was my main problem as I might not tolerate it. I went to my GP and told her that I have read ( in mumsnet ) that Femoston might be better for me as contains dydrogesterone, so she prescribed it. I am now on my second blister the 4th day on the white pills and my anxiety at night is really bad, with Femoston I struggle to sleep and wake up every night feeling dreadful. I am completely lost as the first month I was better ( I also had the period whilst taking them) but now seems to me that I might be on the wrong pills?? I am a on a vey healthy diet, gave up coffee, I don't drink alcohol, walk around 16.000 steps daily, do meditation.... Also After this horrible years I realise I might be oversensitive to medication, as almost everything gives me bad side effects.Honestly I look after myself but still not feeling well at all. Please help

I’m not sure. It may be difficult to tell what’s going on after just one month. Esp after so many medication changes. That said, I’m about to switch from Femoston to another HRT treatment because I’ve been feeling anxious and have had bad migraines. Maybe best to explain again to the GP and see what they say.

Thank you for you message missl1, the same day I wrote this post I rang up my GP, I had to quit Femoston as I couldn't cope any longer, my doctor agreed entirely and I am taking now St john's wort as I am scared of going cold turkey and not taking anything when I have my anxiety bouts. I believe maybe it was too early for me to take HRT, time will say....keep well and take care xx
