Just reading about a magnesium cream advertised on Facebook that you rub on the soles of your feet and it helps menopausal women to sleep better. Too good to be true or has anyone had success with this?

I use magnesium cream for aching muscles and Epsom salt baths which definitely make me sleepy. I buy 10kg tubs off Amazon . The magnesium cream I have is nothing fancy. Suggest shop around as might be overpriced on fb

I use magnesium cream, and it does actually work.

It stops my brain racing and keeping me awake, and gives me that little push over the edge into sleep. I rub it into the underside of my forearms. I'm 49, have had insomnia issues for my entire adult life, and swear by this stuff.

Wow! Going to try this. I take magnesium and calcium tablets but this sound really good!

I use magnesium cream for leg cramps, and it's brilliant for that. Coincidentally I've been sleeping better since I've started using it so I'd say there's something in that theory.

I use an ordinary magnesium citrate supplement.
sometimes magnesium sulphate crystals ('epsom salt') in a warm bath after a long run.
tbh I haven't noticed that I sleep better. but it definitely helps with muscle ache and leg cramps.

I use a magnesium spray for menopause-related restless legs. Seems to help.

Um, don't you find magnesium citrate makes you go quite a lot? When I took magnesium orally I was advised not to take that one. Think it was glycinate that I took instead.
