Hi , I haven’t had a period in over a year so it’s safe to say I’m menopausal , apart from achy hips and joints and exhaustion it hasn’t been too bad if that makes sense
However over the last week or so I’ve been feeling rubbish it’s like I’m coming down with something but I’m not and I’m exhausted
I’ve just had full bloods done which are all normal apart from slightly elevated lipids
Does anyone else feel like this ? I just want to lay down all the time 😕

Are you on HRT? It can help immensely. Also, have you considered covid? When I had it I was utterly exhausted for several weeks. It took everything I had just to get out of bed.

I’m not on HRT I did mention it to my gp last week I’m due a mammogram just routine
She said once I’ve had that done we’ll discuss hrt
I don’t have any symptoms that relate to covid just nauseous and so tired

Nausea is a symptom of covid, too.

Thankyou for your reply Aquamarine but I very much doubt it's covid as I don't have a fever , headache or sore throat , I think it could be menopausal & I was just wondering if anyone else felt like this . I feel fine at the moment but by mid day I start to feel knackered .

For the past 7 months I've put on weight despite exercise as normal, become like a stiff old woman, developed acid reflux, my voice is hoarse, my joints hurt, I feel like half the person I used to be.

I think you should consider Covid.
Fatigue is a well known symptom.
