Hi ladies. I'm 43 and presume I'm in the throws of perimenoupase. My periods have become irregular over the past year or so but the past couple of months I feel absolutely rubbish....totally over emotional and anxious over silly things, absolutely no energy or get up and go to do anything, my head is constantly muzzy like a pressure headache and my skin is super spotty around my chin area. I just feel like I want to lie down and cry most of the time .....please tell me this won't last long. Thinking or ordering some vitamins or supplements. The head thing is the worst I constantly feel so muzzy headed and like I've got eye strain is how I can describe it...anyone else???

Oh god me too. Just been diagnosed by my GP and I am reeling. Things have built up over the last year but I thought it was lockdown stress.

I have always suffered from PMS and it's now month round with a few bonus extra symptoms!

Hello ladies!!

A beautiful calm?? YES PLEASE.

I'm 46. Like so many, periods were clockwork until 4 years ago. First closer together, now happy. I'm currently in day 63 of no period. I looked this up and it says mid to late peri, you start missing one here and there. I guess as time goes on, you just miss more?

I'm talking to the doctor about HRT on Monday....

Its good to share it with people tho and to hear from women who've come through it.

@Summerhillsquare - how does your GP diagnose you...? Sorry if that’s a stupid question. I feel clueless and ill equipped to start something new and massive sounding like Perimeno.

I had rage insomnia itching headaches for about 2 or 3 years and fast forward to today and I’m now on day 70 ish of my cycle. Just waiting for a flood...Hmm

Omg just found this thread and it explains a lot of what I’m going through.
I’m 40 and exhausted . Frequent headaches ranging from low grade to thumping. Exercise makes me more exhausted. Period are regular but so painful . Sweating during those hot few days we just had was awful. Embarrassingly awful.
Body hurts all the tired but all blood tests fine.

No energy or drive - All I want to do is lie down and sleep and my kids I find annoying and constantly tiring.

Is this perimenopause? I feel like a have flu 80 per cent of the time.
