Can I be in peri?

I'm 34 and think that I'm going thru perimenopause.

It all started after the birth of my son in 2019. My mood was horrendous, like the world was ending, until the day my period came - then it instantly lifted. Months went on like this and then I started on the pill. Now get one horrid day 2 days before my period starts. I get hormonal headaches (no painkillers work) for days before my period starts. I have night sweats, and evening hot flashes. This month during my 7 day no pill break I've not bled at all (no chance of pregnancy).

I'm too scared to come off the pill for the horrendous pms. Should I be seeing my GP?

I think I would see the GP, if you can get an appointment at the moment. It would be early to be peri, but not impossible as far as I know.
