Hi
No one seems to talk about the menopause so I’m so glad I found this thread. Up to now I’ve been having regular periods but last night I started bleeding but it has stopped since then. I am due so this should definitely be my period.

Could this be the start of menopause?

I'm 45. Sounds like perimenopause, the long tail of menopause!

I've spent 30 years being 28 days on the dot with a 5 day flow. I've been the same as you for the past 5 months. Short two day dribbly periods. Then a dribbly re-emergence 10 days later for 10 days. Then joy of joys nothing for 40 days and then last night completely flooded all over the mattress which hasn't happened for about 20 years.

Could go on for another 5 years so I understand!! Brilliant Hmm

Thanks Malin, I think this time is so different so it sounds like the beginning of menopause 😞 Feel like I’m thirteen again and have no clue what’s happening to my body!!
