Possibly not relevant but I had a bulging disc between my C5 and C6 vertebrae in my neck earlier this year and the shoulder pain and pain in my upper arms was unbearable. It was a chiropractor who helped me in the end. I'm also menopausal & have a myriad of symptoms and a very faulty womb, but the shoulder arm pain was completely unrelated! Fun times..

love your user name chipsandgin! Thanks I had been seeing a chiropractor in the summer for back and neck pain - very tight back and neck seized up but thought it had resolved - will keep an eye and maybe visit GP if it continues. I guess I just put everything down to dreaded menopause these days !

I’ve had sore shoulders and upper arms on and off. Sometimes both, sometimes only one. Last year I had a phase of a stiff lower back and a couple of years ago I had sore knees for a while. I think it’s all related.
