Joint pain

I have had some brilliant advice on here and am now on Vagifem for symptoms of VA which is working wonders after using for less than a month!

I now want to work on my other debilitating peri symptom. I have terrible problems with my knees which mean I have to go upstairs on my hands and knees. Pain definitely correlates with certain times in my cycle. I have had x rays(ruled out RA etc), physio and exercised to strengthen my knees but to no avail.

Can anyone help/ recommend how to approach GP now and which HRT if any may improve my knees?

I've rung my GP today as along with other symptoms I have developed awful joint pains ( usually hips and legs) monthly for a few days and am having a consult on Thursday so I'll keep you posted. Ring them for a chat? I'm hoping for a miracle hrt treatment, fingers crossed.

Oestrogel stopped one of my finger joints (!) hurting and I think it helped a very stiff shoulder that I couldn’t seem to ease.
