Struggling with VA

Can anyone advise, have been on Vagifem nightly and a little Ovestin for six months now, and things are getting worse.

I'm 45, no periods since April 2019, gynae has now added conti patches as well.

I'm really at my wit's end with this, sitting hurts, I'm stinging burning and just sore 24hrs a day. It never stops. My uthera is painful all the time, burning every time I pee.

I don't know what to do. Anyone who can help would be much appreciated. I can't carry on like this.

If you are following the prescribed amount of twice a week, you can try using it more often. It's not harmful.
On other threads on other forums I have seen women saying they use it daily to get relief.

also Vagifem USED to be a 25 mgs dose and they reduced it to 10mgs.

Try using both 4-5 x a week.

Sorry, so you are already using Vagifem every night?

I'd give the systemic HRT a while to kick in.

I've been using vagifem 7 nights a week for six months. Only have missed about 3-4 nights in all that time. Nothing is working. This is utter hell.

I'm thinking there is something else wrong as well as the atrophy. Doctor isn't listening, gynae hadn't a clue. He had to look up side effects of Hrt on his phone.
