Is this the Menopause??

I'm 48 years old. My periods have always been irregular but lately worse!! Last period was 68 days ago! I feel so angry just want to hide in a darkened room and not see anyone! The bones on my feet ache. I can hardly walk in the morning. I sleep alot but dont feel rested. I want to cry all the time.

Sounds like peri at the very least. HRT can help massively.

Sounds like perimenopause OP. Not sure you can get hrt if you're in peri though? My doctor didn't seem keen to give me hrt as my periods haven't completely stopped.

HRT is absolutely prescribed for peri, and your doctor is grossly misinformed, as sadly many are. See a specialist.
