I think the person who wrote My Menopausal Vagina has tried it.

That's Jane Lewis.

She is an ordinary woman who used to post on Menopause Matters forum and she wrote about her experience for their magazine before she wrote her book which is now in a lot of GP surgeries.

I’ve just had my second Mona Lisa it’s brilliant! I had it for mild rectocele and its made everything tons better. I’m not in full menopause yet but heading that way (mid 40s) and they suggest have it once a year. To start with you have 3 treatments over 3/4 months then annually. Unfortunately it’s pricey I had to pay for it (£1200 for 3) but felt the prolapse was having a terrible effect on my life so was worth it. It should be on NHS IMO

HRT and vagifem work. And do your pelvic floor exercises.
