Perimenopause with regular periods

My periods are still regular, but I am getting perimenopause symptoms such as sweating, especially unable to regulate temperature in hot weather, low mood which takes a massive dive before my period, I have the most horrendous PMS, headaches every now and then and moulting hair like a dog.
I’m 45 so surely it is the perimenopause? Has anyone else been diagnosed as peri even with regular periods?

Not diagnosed but peri since 2012! All the symptoms as you.. In fact I could have written your post, except I'm closer to 50 than I am 40

Yeah! I diagnosed with regular and lighter periods at 42 and with awful meno symptoms. It is very common.

Thanks for the answers. I must be perimenopausal then, wonder if it’s worth getting properly diagnosed by the GP or just try and deal with the symptoms myself?
