I was on HRT (tablets) for 16 months then in March swapped to transdermal oestrogen (gel) and Utrogestan tablets. Initially prescribed 100 Utrogestan for 7 days (no bleed), upped it to 200 for 7 days (no bleed) then 200 for 12 days (bleed on day 9). This month I have started bleeding heavily just before it was time for me to start taking any utrogestan. I am worried about this unscheduled bleeding - any thoughts?
