How would I know if I've been through the menopause

From the thread title I imagine you mainly think I'm mental but hear me out..

I'm 39 and have PCOS. My periods have never really been there except when I was a teenager. Went on pill at 19 (didn't know about my PCOS then) then came off at 29 to have children. No periods came so I had Clomid for both my children.
Randomly when my youngest was 3 I had 5 periods fairly regularly.

I've had none for well over a year now.
My hair is coming out in clumps
The acne I had for 25 years has completely gone
I've lost about 1.5 stone without trying in the last couple of years

Have i had a menopause and not noticed? Is this even possible?

If your hair is coming out in clumps, get a blood test. You may be lacking in Vitamin B12 or folic acid. I would also be concerned that you are losing weight without trying albeit if it has been over a couple of years.

I'd be more worried about a serious health condition than menopause. You really need tests xx
