Increase in oestrogel.Can it cause low mood or tiredness?

The GP has increased my 2 pumps to 3 after sweats began to return.
This last week my mood has plummeted which I do suffer with SAD but it isn't dark yet.Could it be the oestrogel.I do have some life issues too.Thanks in advance.

No. Quite the opposite. It helps.

It's probably that along with your flushes, this was coming anyway and the increase in the gel hasn't had time to improve it yet. Give it a bit longer- at least a month- on your higher dose.

I started the gel nearly 4 weeks ago. 2 pumps. Hot flushes gone. I was having them every 2 minutes at one point. The relief is fab. However my body temperature is still pretty hot. Not complaining about that. I do feel very tearful and very tired. No improvement there at all. I was wondering if it Was the gel causing it and if so, should I be reducing it?
