I'm 44 this morning my periods are all over the place and very light normally last two to three days I'm having horrible hot flushes during the day and night I'm having at most 5 hours sleep a night and that's broken my mood is all over the place I'm also very bloated this is peri menopause

Is your practice not doing phone or video appts?

They do still have to treat patients
