Don’t know what it is recently, I just can’t stand the sun. It heightens my anxiety (to stress level)
I don’t obsessively sweat, it’s just the panic feeling off heat/heightened anxiety levels and sweat
I’ve got to the point I won’t go out in it!
Can’t find anything loose and comfy to wear
Shorts and t shirt I real restricted, it’s got to be loose for me to feel comfortable otherwise I’m on edge
I’m sat here now in pj shorts & thin strip loose top.
My bowels have gone overtime this morning and had to resort to 1mg diazepam to try bring me down

When early 40’s I’d sit in the baking sun all day, excited for the next one

Now I’m a nervous wreck when it’s sunny &more than 20*

Is any else the same (bet it just bloody me)
OR
If you do, what do you do??

Join (most of) the rest of the UK (in the south anyway!)

Im not anxious, I just don't like 94F heat.

In my early 20s I'd sunbathe in it for hours.

It's called old age Grin

Stay indoors, drink plenty, have cool showers, read a nice book.
It will be winter soon :)
