Finally saw doctor for HRT and prescribed Femiston 1/10 as still have periods (which can be irregular). I’m now on day 57 without a period and don’t know when to start the femoston! My doctor wasn’t very clear. Do I need to wait until my period comes before I start or can I just begin at day 1 of the white tablets? I’m 51 and the night sweats , lack of sleep, brain fog are really affecting me now so desperate to do something and now I can’t even understand how to take these! Please help !
