Menopause, hrt and spider veins?

Consultant has started me on false menopause alongside hrt for 3 months in my never ending fight against endemetriosis.
While I've had operations and hormone treatment before, this is the first time I've had tibolone and I'm just wondering if I should be concerned regarding one of the side effects.
My legs are now littered with spider veins. Some are long and in clusters, others are single lines. They are deep purple and multiply by the day. They're mainly on the top of my thighs but seem to be spreading down into my calves too.
Im hoping once the hrt is finished they'll go away as they are awful. I'm only 35 and really feel awhul about showing my legs.
Should I speak to the gp?

High levels of estrogen and progesterone can cause veins sometimes due to increased blood supply . You can get them zapped if they bother you. Not nice but you must just be susceptible.

Spider veins are not caused by increased blood flow, just the opposite! Decreased blood flow due to weakened valves that help the blood flow back to the heart, therefore blood begins to pool inside the veins.
