Super bad aches

Don't know if this is a symptom of menapause or pre - but for the last few months have had very sore pains in my arms eg when lifting arm to put shirt on, wiping down the counters need to change hands etc.
Could this be a symptom? Haven't had the menapause

Also - have you been outside much during lockdown? If not, you could have a Vit D deficiency. I had bas pains in my hands when my Vit D levels were very low.

Many thx - been out loads as have a dog and take lots of vitamins. Just had my bloods taken so will wait and see! Think it maybe old age!!! X

No it's not a known symptom and you need tests to see if it 's arthritis of some sort.
