Oestrogel naking breasts larger

I changed to oestrogel from estradiol 2mg tablets about a month ago and currently use around 2.5 pumps a day on my upper arms (1.5 in the morning and 1 at night), working up to the 3 pumps my GP suggested. All is fine except my breasts have grown at least a cup size since, and given they weren't exactly small before this isn't ideal! To be fair a combo of lockdown and doing my back in means I've been doing much less exercise and have put some weight on, but not THAT much! Before I shell out a fortune on new bras (damn I HATE bra shopping...), has anyone had this and if so, did they go back to normal after a while? Keep growing?!

Same thing happened to me and I also became very large all over.

In only a few weeks my boobs were huge and painful and I was a dress size bigger.

I was new to HRT and was feeling so uncomfortable I just gave up. I too was concerned they would keep on growing as they showed no sign of slowing down.

I would be interested to know if it is unique to oestrogel though as am too scared to try any other form of HRT now!

Breast enlargement is a side effect of estradiol - mine grew too when I took it, off-label, for IVF. You would need to get your dose adjusted.

I think it's a very individual response.

I've been on gel for 12 years.

My boobs have filled out slightly but only by around a cup size and they are still pretty small. (30 or 32D depending on make of bra.)

I don't think they will keep on growing it's a settling in phase.

drop the dose to 2 pumps maybe as that is the standard dose.

I use about 1.5 pumps most days.

Thanks for responses, I'm glad it's not just me! I read on another forum that applying to the thighs, rather than the arms, helped for some people so I'm giving that a try, then will try adjusting the dose down a bit if I have to, though it's working well in other respects so I'm a bit reluctant... We'll see!

I feel my breast fuller on hrt. At the beginning they were too tense and painful but it lastEd only a few months. I also feel them firmer.
