Where's my period gone?

I am 8 days overdue
Periods used to be 28 day cycle like clockwork
Since last August they've varied, up to 3-4 days early or late.
This month no period, I had symptoms of coming on then they disappeared.
Definitely not pg. I did take two tests to make sure. One last week and one yesterday. Dh had a vasectomy 9 years ago.
I'm 39
Family history of early menopause
Could this be it for me? Or something else?
Do I need to see G.P.?

The lockdown seems to be playing havoc with menstrual cycles. I've had 1 period since March.
