I have been on estrogel and utrogestan for over six months. All settled and fine no side effects.
I have.a.physical job so was.concerned about.weight gain during lockdown so I walk 2 miles a.day and this has been fine I maintained my weight.
The last 2/3 weeks I've noticed my breasts are.bigger and heavy and my jeans are tighter. No changes to my diet though.
I slightly.decreased my oestrogen gel for.a.few.days but.nothing happened.
I feel like it.is.water retention.Any advice welcome.

Have you weighed yourself?

Even walking 2 miles a day only uses a very small amount of calories so it could be that compared to your job, you aren't using as much energy.

Yes I have only gained 2\3 lbs.Eating salads every day.The strange thing is the sudden gain after months of controlling my weight.I am going further later as perhaps I need to do more compared to my 11\12 hour days dashing about.

I do a 2.5-3 mile walk most days and I tracked the calories used. It's a very strenuous walk up hills and only burns off around 250 cals- a couple of slices of bread or 2 choc digestives. it's easy to overestimate the effect of exercise.

True. That said I did take my husband on big walks and cut his portions and he lost 4lbs.
I will just have to go further and.really watch what I eat😁
