Sudden hot face at 39

Hi
Over the last few months I’ve been experiencing quick hot flashes in my face - normally linked to a stressful point or mildly embarrassing times. Nowhere else on my body but intense and brief. I’ve never had anything like it before And I’m only 39. My mother went though the menopause mid 50s so I’m assuming I’ll roughly do that.
Do I need to worry it’s the perimenopause as I’m still fairly young and should speak to GP? Or accept it as part of that? Or am I being daft and it’s just Something weird happening?!
