Has anyone signed up for one of those peri/menopause programs that promise to have the answer to all your menopause problems? The adverts are all over my Facebook feed! I have watched a 45 min webinar & I am still none the wiser as to what the program actually does....? so I am v reluctant to had over £200 for a personal call to discuss my issues. Is there are simple trick we are missing that will help with oestrogen dominance/ hormone imbalance?

There is no such thing as estrogen dominance.
It's a myth first created by a commercial company selling progesterone cream to 'balance' hormones.

If you want to spend £200 and sort out your peri symptoms, spend it on a qualified menopause consultant, (that's a specialist dr, listed on the British Menopause Society website under Specialists) get an hour's time and advice.
