Recs for a room cooler for flushes in the night?

Leaving the window open is not enough and my small portable fan is too noisy for my already fragile sleep.

How do you keep your room cool at night?
I've just bought a gel topped mattress which I'm praying will help.
Thank you

I take omega 3 fish oil capsules and that seems to have stopped the hot flushes at night and in the day.

I've never really done anything about night sweats except suffer them. They are not every night or predictable.

How about a cold water bottle or ice pack wrapped in a tea towel?

A damp cloth to the forehead or back of the neck?

I take Menopace.

I use HRT.

Poor sleep is really detrimental to health .
